Caribou Cases 35L Pelican 1550 system with Hepco & Becker racks
The new luggage got mounted up today - all went pretty smoothly. The entire setup from Caribou Cases (http://cariboucases.corecommerce.com/Complete-Side-Luggage-Pannier-Systems/35L-Pelican-Side-Luggage-Pannier-Systems/BMW-F800GS-F700GS-F650GS-Twin-35-Liter-Pelican-Side-Luggage-Pannier-System.html) included the Hepco & Becker racks, two pelican 1550s and all necessary hardware. I ordered a couple extras including the case liners and the hard bolt kit (opted to not use the quarter-turn fasteners).
The H&B racks seem a little on the skimpy side but hopefully they are sturdy enough for the job.
The case liners are sweet. You get the advantages of side opening (easy access to all your gear) without the sacrifice (dumping all your stuff out on the ground).
I hope to have these loaded up for a trip soon.
